Mandarin Orange Cake

Here ya go Julie ;0)

1~ box butter cake mix ( any kind will work)
1~ 11 oz. mandarin oranges with juice
3 eggs
1 stick of butter, softened
1 small box of instant vanilla pudding
1 16 oz can of crushed pineapple with juice
1 tub of cool whip
Preheat oven to 350.
Combine cake mix, eggs, oranges, and butter and beat 4 minutes until well combined. Pour into two 8" round cake pans (lightly greased). Bake for 25-30 minute, remove from oven allow to cool.
I combine the frosting ingredients while the cake is baking then put back in fridge to stay cool until the cake is cooled enough to frost. Remove first cake from pan & frost on top, then place second cake on top of that and completely frost the outside & top of cake.
This cake must be refrigerated when not being served, you can remove in time to warm up before serving but be warned the frosting does 'melt' kind of quickly.
